For soaps, allow the bar to dry completely between uses to help extend its lifespan. For skincare products, use only as directed and discontinue use if irritation occurs. Return & Refund Policy

At By Sam Organics, we take pride in creating handcrafted products with care and attention to quality. Because our soaps, skincare, and home fragrance products are handmade and intended for personal use, we have established the following return and refund policy to ensure the safety and satisfaction of all our customers.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Kindly include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Once reviewed, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after it has been issued.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or the product arrived damaged or defective.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has entered production, packaging, or has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
